Description

Whole chillies preserved in a sweet, tangy syrup of lime juice and tequila.

Serving Suggestion: Great for antipasto, cheeseboards or as a garnish for salads. Perfect for adding to a salsa dip, avacado or vinaigrette. Serve diced over mussels, oysters or added to sliced mango & mint. Serve with seared scallops or grilled fish. Scatter over a pizza, or chop and serve in the syrup as a dipping sauce for rice paper rolls or skewered meats. Recipe card supplied.
