Ingredients
Serves 4
4 bananas (that are starting to brown)
softened butter
ice-cream
toasted coconut flakes to serve
1 orange (optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 180℃
Slice each banana in half lengthways.
Arrange in a baking dish.
Brush with softened butter and squeeze over juice of the orange.
Bake until soft.
Serve with ice-cream and Food Symphony Rum & Sticky Date Sauce with Coconut top with toasted coconut flakes.
