Shipping information
Food Symphony delivers Australia wide only. Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery location. If you prefer delivery by Australia Post Express or Courier, a signature is required and additional costs will be applied. We do not take responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all delivery addressess and details provided are correct.
Returns & exchange
Please phone us to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to our products you have ordered or received. Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded ONLY if notice is received by Food Symphony 48 hours prior to dispatch of your order. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. Please note that all refunds for orders placed online or by telephone are credited back on the original credit card with which the order was placed.
