A combination of dried pear, apricot, fig, prunes, apple and raisins in a delicious peppery syrup of muscat with szechuan, black, green and pink peppercorns. Add to a stuffing for roast chicken with sprigs of sage or serve wih smoked meats, game and pate.
raisins in tea and tokay 350ml
Plump raisins macerated in a delicately flavoured syrup of tea and tokay, an old eastern European wine style made in the Swan valley. Add to a cream sauce for chicken or a bread and butter pudding, or serve simply with a vintage cheddar and crusty bread.
